From First Steps to Closing Day
Real estate isn't really about houses, if you ask me. It's about people, relationships, timing, life stage, what "home" actually means to you.
That's the part I love.
Before real estate, I spent years as an opera singer and university professor, and even earned a Doctorate in Music along the way. It sounds like a strange path into real estate, but honestly, it taught me exactly what I needed: how to prepare for anything, how to really listen, and how to stay calm and steady when it counts most, especially at the negotiating table. Somewhere in all of that, I realized what I loved most was helping people in a different way than the operatic stage. So, I found a new way to do that!
I'm based in Greensboro and work all across the Triad, but my heart is in Lake Jeanette so much that enough folks around here just call me "Miss Lake Jeanette." I love this whole area, though: the charm of Lindley Park, the space you get out in Summerfield and Oak Ridge, the classic feel of Sunset Hills. Every neighborhood has its own personality and love helping people find the one that just fits.
But here's what I want you to know above all else: when it's time to make a deal, I fight for you. Buying or selling, I bring real strategy and a steady hand to the table, and I don't back down when it matters. My job is to make sure you walk away with the best possible outcome not just a deal that closes, but one that's actually good for you.
From wherever you are starting, buying your first home, selling your first home to moving up, downsizing, or just figuring out your next step, I want to actually get to know what matters to you first. Then we figure out the rest together, one clear step at a time, with someone in your corner the whole way.
At the end of the day, I just really love helping people get where they're going and making sure they get there on the best possible terms.
